Roll Play’s authentic pho recipe is made by a Vietnamese chef (the Founder and CEO’s own mother!). We’ve captured the 40 hour process with every ingredient and flavor that goes into every bowl.
HOW TO EAT PHO
1. HEAT THE BOWL
Place noodle bowl in microwave for 30 seconds.
3. ASSEMBLE
Carefully pour hot broth into the bowl aiming on the proteins.
2. HEAT THE BROTH
Place broth in microwave for 3 minutes until boil.
4. DIP IN & ENJOY
Dip, protein, herbs, and extra garnishes into broth.
EATING TIPS
Use chopsticks with your dominant hand and a soup spoon in other hand.
Optional Enhancements: Add sate, sriracha, hoisin for extra flavor.
