Over the past few years, we’ve taken a hard look at how we cook, what we serve, and why we do it—and made bold, meaningful upgrades to bring you Viet Food That Loves You Too.
Here’s what we’ve changed to get there.
100% Avocado Oil, in Everything.
In 2024, we made the ultimate kitchen upgrade:
We cut out all seed oils—even in the smallest traces—and switched to clean, high-quality avocado oil for:
- Grilled proteins
- Sautéed veggies
- Fried rice, garlic rice, and egg rolls
- House-made sauces (like chili crunch & peanut sauce)
Seed Oil Free = Top to Bottom.
We double-checked every ingredient—from our egg roll wrappers to our sandwich bread—to make sure there’s no trace of seed oils anywhere.
Vendors, seasonings, condiments—you name it, we vetted it.
Gluten-Free Proteins Are Here
All our proteins are now 100% gluten-free.
We reformulated our marinades and soy sauces so you don’t have to guess. Just enjoy.
